Steep yourself in history with a classic high tea that perfectly balances modern Australian flavours with timeless tradition. Enjoy the chef’s selection of sweet and savoury delights from a seasonal menu, complemented by a glass of sparkling wine.
Be enchanted by tumbling dry ice, petits fours, and Austen-inspired elegance while Austen titles and works from the Library’s rare book collection are showcased, with an introduction from our Parliamentary Library team. Guests will also receive a beautiful coffee table book, Rum Hospital to Parliament, as a keepsake of this memorable occasion. Regency inspired dress is encouraged!
