Discover how lifestyle medicine can help prevent common chronic diseases through the lens of nutrition.

This engaging session is lead a clinical dietician and chef who will explore the science behind how certain dietary patterns and choices can promote healthy ageing across the life course. This event is presented in collaboration with the Healthy Longevity Group, part of the Charles Perkins Centre at the University of Sydney. The group takes a multidisciplinary approach to tackling age-related chronic diseases through innovative research and community education.

Due to Clinic policy regarding food intolerance or allergies, tastings from the culinary workshop may be limited or not occur.
