Join us for Yoga Nilaya’s first-ever Gong Bath! This will be a deeply restorative evening designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support your inner journey.

Led by Lucinda from @anxirelief, whose sound bath events frequently sell out across Sydney, this one night only experience invites you to lie back, relax, and allow waves of relaxing sound to wash through you.

Whether you’re looking to balance out an intense Ashtanga practice or simply crave space to unwind, this session is your invitation to pause and be gently guided into stillness.

What to expect in your 60 minute gong bath:

  • You do nothing! Just lay back and let the gong do it's magic

  • A calming environment to support nervous system regulation and deep rest, allowing you the enter a dreamy and blissful state

  • An opportunity to let go of physical and mental tension, and shift into a state of effortless awareness

  • Connection to community in a quiet, held space

Why try a Gong Bath?

Gong Baths are an immersive form of sound meditation that bring the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. Especially for disciplined yogis, it offers a complementary moment of non-doing, where all effort is released and deep spiritual states can be experienced.

About your guide:

Lucinda (@anxirelief) is a Sydney-based sound bath facilitator with a background in engineering and a deep passion for nervous system healing. She blends ancient sound practices with modern science to create grounded, transformative experiences designed for real-world stress relief. Her gong baths sell out quickly - you'll see why when you're there!
