Join us for a guided Full Moon Gathering centred on mindfulness, reflection, and heartfelt connection. Together, we’ll move through gentle grounding practices, light stretching to prepare the body, breath work, and a calming guided meditation to help soften the mind and release stress.

You’ll be invited to journal, set intentions, and – if you feel called – participate in optional open-hearted sharing.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat (a few will be available if needed)

  • A journal and pen

  • Warm, comfortable clothing

We plan to meet at 5:45pm in Alexandria Park, under the large tree in the oval. In case of wet or cold weather, we’ll relocate to the Cliff Noble Community Centre on Suttor Street or Alexandria Town Hall in Garden Street, Alexandria.
