Flow Athletic Fun Run

Flow Athletic will be hosting its annual Flow Athletic Fun Run in Centennial Park on Sunday 7 December starting at 6:30am. 

Choose between 5km or 10km and enjoy a scenic run through Centennial Park.

The first 100 people to register will receive an exclusive goodie bag, including a limited edition Flow x Hyro Running Singlet and premium products from brands such as Hyro, Nagnata, Re Your Run, XtraClubs, True Protein, and more.

All proceeds from the event will go towards Women’s Community Shelters, an incredible organisation providing safety and support to women and children escaping domestic violence and homelessness.
