Sunday 17 May from 12pm to 12:45pm
Join author Kate Foster in an engaging, interactive writing workshop. Budding young writers will learn how to ramp up the stakes and obstacles in their stories. Through a variety of scenarios, they’ll understand the importance of character agency.
All attendees will be provided with a workbook to take home.
Recommended for ages 6 to 12. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Meet outside the Dixson Room, Ground Level, Mitchell Building, State Library of NSW.
We have multiple author workshops happening on the same day! For more Family Sunday fun, check out our Workshop with Clayton Zane Comber and Conor McCammon or Workshop with Kristin Darell.
This event is presented in partnership with Sydney Writers’ Festival.
