ABODE Bistro Bar welcomes the award-winning Sidewood Estate from the Adelaide Hills for a one-night-only dining experience where estate-crafted wines meet seasonal, housemade creations by Head Chef Josh Askew.
With live entertainment setting the tone, your evening begins with roaming canapés and a Sidewood wine on arrival, before settling in for the main dining experience. We’ll stop you half way through for a mystery wine challenge where the winner will be taking home a bottle of Sidewood’s best.
Guests will be guided through an evening of estate-crafted, cool-climate wines by winemaker Darryl Catlin and sales manager Matt Murray, who will share insights and stories behind each pour. Known for sustainable winemaking, Sidewood brings both quality and care to every bottle.
