Sunday 8 December from 11am to 12:30pm
The late Olga Horak OAM was an exuberant force of life and one of the founding members of the Sydney Jewish Museum. She tirelessly shared her story of survival of the Holocaust with thousands of people from all walks of life, right up until her passing at the remarkable age of 98, just a few months ago.
This event is an opportunity to celebrate and remember Olga’s profound impact on all those who she met, and particularly upon the museum – her second home.
Our speakers will include members of Olga’s family and the museum staff.
Guests will also have the chance to ask questions to the lifelike, virtual version of Olga, which is powered by AI, to learn more about her childhood, her story of survival, life in Australia, and more.
