Hear from a local Wine producer Cassegrain Wines

Cassegrain Wines is based is the Hastings River region, just outside Port Macquarie. Its traditions and expertise are based on a family winemaking legacy that dates back to 1643! Cassegrain's first vines were planted by John Cassegrain which was the first plantings in the region for over 60 years. This region was officially recognised as a Wine Region by an Australian Geographic Indication in 1999 - with roughly 200 hectares of planted vineyards across six wineries.

• Learn about their journey while tasting some of their local wines matched with a tasting of matched cheeses!
