This World Chocolate Day, Thomas St Kitchen & Bar invites you to an immersive dining experience that explores chocolate in all its complexity—rich, savoury, spiced, and indulgently sweet. Crafted by Executive Chef Aman Prasad, this exclusive multi-course menu takes guests on a bold culinary journey, where each dish is designed to surprise and delight.
Begin with vibrant, flavour-led creations, such as cocoa- and chilli-glazed prawns, before moving into deeply layered, savoury plates like slow-braised lamb enriched with cacao mole and toasted hazelnut. A thoughtfully curated vegetarian menu offers equally compelling expressions, with dishes such as miso-glazed eggplant and roasted cauliflower elevated by nuanced chocolate accents.
As the evening unfolds, the experience crescendos with a decadent finale—warm chilli chocolate fondant, molten at its core and balanced with just the right hint of heat.
Each course is perfectly paired with premium wines, including R. Paulazzo Chardonnay and McWilliam’s 666 Pinot Noir, selected to complement and enhance every flavour journey.
