The first in The Sanderson Flavour Series is a refined celebration of whisky, St. Patrick’s Day, and the iconic depth of Guinness, seamlessly blending Ireland’s rich culinary heritage with contemporary sophistication. This exquisite 4-course dining experience pairs alongside expertly crafted cocktails, each chosen to enhance the bold, elegant flavours of the menu.

Begin the evening with a Redbreast whisky highball, setting the stage for a menu that pays homage to tradition while embracing modern luxury. A subtle Guinness element is woven throughout, adding a signature depth to this exclusive event.
