For a few short weeks each year, Australian black truffles reach their peak. To celebrate the season, The Fox Hole invites you to The Gin & Truffle Affair - an indulgent five-course tasting experience where every dish explores a different expression of one of the world's most sought-after ingredients.

Each course is thoughtfully paired with a premium gin, with our hosts guiding you through the stories behind the food, the spirits and the flavour pairings that bring them together. It's part dinner party, part guided tasting, and unmistakably The Fox Hole.

This year, the menu features Italian-inspired dishes including burrata with truffle honey, beef carpaccio, Carnaroli risotto finished with Australian black truffle shaved tableside, lamb cannon with truffle pommes purée, and a decadent tiramisù al tartufo to finish.
