Overlooking the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, Blu Bar on 36 presents a limited-time collaboration between The Balvenie and Koko Black, created for whisky and chocolate lovers alike.
Bringing together The Balvenie’s time-honoured approach to single malt Scotch whisky and Koko Black’s Australian-made gourmet chocolate, each serve explores the balance of flavour, texture and craftsmanship.
Enjoy The Balvenie DoubleWood 12-Year-Old alongside Koko Black’s Whipped Caramel Mousse Milk Chocolate, where notes of oak and dried fruit meet smooth, creamy sweetness. Or discover The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14-Year-Old with Koko Black Coconut Chocolate, offering a lighter, more rounded finish.
