Created in collaboration with Four Pillars Gin, this elegant experience celebrates the enduring allure of the martini. Whether you prefer yours dry, wet or somewhere in between, each cocktail is prepared tableside from Blu Bar's signature Martini Trolley, bringing a sense of occasion to every serve.
Choose from three distinctive serves, including the Classic Dry Martini, the Gateway Martini and the Wet Martini, each offering its own character and style. To complement the experience, guests may also enjoy a selection of chef-recommended pairings curated by Chef de Cuisine Jason Phi Huynh, from Sydney Rock Oysters and Rosemary & Thyme Marinated Olives to Duck Spring Rolls with Black Garlic.
