Strategic Love dives into the world of modern dating, following an online match who meet for their first date at the local pub.

As most first dates do, it starts awkwardly – but Woman carries a bold confidence, as if there’s nothing to lose. She’s done this many times before and may as well be entirely herself: honest, unfiltered, and asking far-too-intimate questions.

Man, recently separated, is reluctantly re-entering the dating scene nudged along by his friends more than his own desire. It goes as most first dates do — until it takes an unexpected turn when Woman proposes an idea to Man.

Presented by Ava Rusch. Written by Miriam Battye. Directed by Ava Rusch.

Running time: 70 mins, no interval.
