Weekly during term time on Wednesday mornings. 3 to 5 year old group is at 9.20am, 18 to 36 month old group at 10.40am.

Songs and Play is a term-time weekly program that welcomes young children and their caregivers into a joyful space of shared musical and play-based experiences. Together, you’ll explore sound, movement and storytelling in ways that nurture curiosity, confidence, and connection. It’s a moment to slow down, share joy, and strengthen the bonds that support us all.

The program is a ministry of Christ Church St Laurence and The St Laurence Centre, and operates out of the our Parish Hall in Haymarket. There are two sessions, both happening on Wednesday mornings during term time. The first session at 9.20am is for families with infants aged 3 to 5 years, and the second session starting at 10.40am is for families with infants aged 18 to 36 months. Families with multiple infants are most welcome, and recommended to attend the age group appropriate for the eldest child.

There is no cost to attend the sessions. Registration is necessary; for more information, please visit our website at ccsl.org.au/songs-play
