Use the free pamphlet to find and solve clues and answer questions about the history of Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The booklet contains a map showing the different rooms of the museum – loads of fascinating information. There is also a free self-guided walking tour of the hospital to take after you finish the Treasure Hunt. Both pamphlets are available from the table just inside the entrance of the museum.
Founded in 1933, the RPA Museum is dedicated to collecting, recording and preserving the cultural heritage of Australia's leading hospital – Royal Prince Alfred. The museum showcases themes related to nursing, medicine and social history. Two display rooms are situated in original 1941 heritage listed operating theatres. There are lots of intriguing items and medical implements to explore.
