Recipes for Connection is an Older Women's Network NSW project which aims to connect older women from the community to share their memories and stories of food from their heritage, and to cook and share these recipes.

The participants will have to commit to attending all 5 sessions in one workshop. They will be requested to submit 2 recipes that have cultural or significant meaning to them personally.

All cooking materials will be provided for free and each participant will be given a $20 grocery voucher per session to cover their cost of transportation etc.

  • Workshop 1: 29 Aug, 5 Sep, 12 Sep,19 Sept and 26 Sept

  • Workshop 2: 24 Oct, 31 Oct, 7 Nov, 14 Nov and 21 Nov
