Rainbow Connections: Open Day For Carers & Service Providers

When

Saturday 15 November from 10am to 3pm

Rainbow Connections: Open Day For Carers and Service Providers.

Do you support someone with a disability, mental illness, dementia, a long-term health condition, a terminal illness, an alcohol or drug issue, or an older Australian?

Hosted by entertainment reporter Richard Reid, join us for an informative event where you can connect with Carer Gateway, LGBTQIA+ community organisations, and other service providers!

Celebrated author Will Kostakis, winner of the 2024 Prime Minister’s Literary Award will take us through his latest novel, ‘We Could be Something’, and together we will uncover the stories that connect us all. Join us in a peer support session, a safe space where you can share your experiences and listen to others. Enjoy a day all about coming together as a community, celebrating the wins, navigating the challenges, and lifting each other up.

If you provide services for our carer communities, we would also like to invite you to attend this event! If you are also interested in becoming a stallholder at the event, please fill out this form to register: Click here to fill out this form

Come for the support. Stay for the community.

Light refreshments will be served.
