Queen Porter Stomp conjure up a unique kind of mangrove swamp magic.

Drawing on the serpentine and muddy currents of the Hawkesbury River, their sound swirls somewhere between a raucous New Orleans street parade and the haze of a late-night folk festival. In a feet-stomping, skirt-twirling, dance floor frenzy, Queen Porter Stomp send you a blaze of horns and a swinging rhythm section with a banjo sharp enough to cut through a moonless night - all held together front and centre by Crystal Barreca’s honey like voice.
