Join us in the NSW Parliament House, Members’ dining room, for an exceptional evening celebrating the diversity of NSW cool-climate wines, as Philip Shaw and Eden Road come together for a side-by-side regional showcase designed to inspire conversation and discovery.

Set in the elegant Members Dining Room, the evening begins with canapés on arrival and a winemakers introduction, followed by a thoughtfully curated three-course dinner showcasing NSW produce featuring matching wines. Guests will enjoy an immersive dining experience exploring regional expression, terroir-driven wines, and the distinctive character of two celebrated cool-climate regions.

Throughout the evening, the winemakers will share insights into their wine regions, terroir and climate, winemaking philosophy, vintage conditions, and individual wines and vineyard sites.
