Learn the art of pasta making, the traditional Italian way, in this hands-on cooking class in Croydon!
In this class, you will learn the basic techniques of making fresh egg pasta. You will make the pasta dough from scratch, rolling it and cutting different shapes and types of pasta, including fettuccine, pappardelle, fusilli, ravioli and tortellini.
We will then cook the pasta you just have made with a meat-based or vegetarian sauce and enjoy the meal all together handmade by you!
