Sunday 30 March 2025 from 10:30am to 1pm
This fun workshop for beginners explores the basics of using watercolours, pencil and ink.
We'll work from a small still life arrangement to create a small artwork on archival watercolour paper.
Students will learn introductory watercolour painting techniques such as washes, blooming and staccato dry brushing.
Your tutor will give you some great tips and hints to show you the many and varied possibilities of this magical medium.
Intimate class size: maximum 10 students
Level: for beginner level students 16+years, no experience necessary
Bring: yourself and an apron – all art materials provided
Wear: enclosed shoes (no sandals or thongs) and comfortable clothing
