Little Artists at Juanita Nielsen Community Centre: Create a dolly peg family

In celebration of Harmony Week, children will create a dolly peg family, dressing wooden figures with fabric and craft materials to represent their loved ones.

Spark your child’s creativity with Little Artists art workshops, led by professional art educator Sam Relihan. Designed for children aged 2 to 5 years, these sessions combine storytelling, sensory play and hands-on art making.

Each workshop offers a fun, welcoming space for children to explore their creativity while developing fine motor skills. It’s a fantastic opportunity to bond, get messy, and ignite imagination in a relaxed, playful setting.

A parent, grandparent or carer is also required to attend and encouraged to join the fun.

These workshops take place weekly on Thursday mornings. Bookings essential as spaces are limited.
