Music at The MiTCH is a free entry, weekly series supported by the 24-Hour Economy and Young Henrys, and is curated by Alice Terry. Each Saturday night will feature exceptional artists from various genres The goal is to entertain and create community. We connect by hearing each other's stories, so each act booked will be performing original music.

A quartet of expressive songwriters that take their four-part harmonies as seriously as they take their dedication to a good time. Green Mohair Suits (Brian Campeau, Richard Cuthbert, Jason Mannell, and Ben Romalis) hold a reputation for inspired showmanship and performances as brash as they are emotive.

Having started as a way to hang-out, enjoy a few drinks and stretch their obvious skills at smaller and unrehearsed gigs, things snowballed to main-stage festival spots, international supports and the release of five studio albums.

Green Mohair Suits’ inspired musicianship has seen them compile a wide-ranging collection of world class original songs – a solid mix of heartbreak and hangover, humour and humility – that are crying out to entertain a broader audience.

Occupying a broad musical landscape somewhere between Gram Parsons, Beck, Buddy Holly and The Beach Boys, Green Mohair Suits’ style basks in the glow of their self-coined glow of “Garage-grass”. There's classic 60s pop, a dash of reggae, bluegrass, indie folk and country in their combined songwriting styles – their voices and musicianship the glue that seamlessly blends their sound.
