Moore Park Precinct Open Day 2025

Welcome to the Moore Park Precinct Open Day, courtesy of Moore Park Golf, Centennial Parklands Sports Centre and The Toll House Health & Wellness! Join us at the Moore Park Golf Course for a day filled with fun activities for the whole family. This event is your chance to discover all the exciting things our precinct has to offer.

Join us on Saturday 1 November from 10am – 2pm for a jam-packed day with plenty of fun and activities for the whole family.

Entry is free! All you need to do is register for a free ticket for each individual person coming.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By getting this ticket, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. The Participant is voluntarily participating in the Moore Park Precinct Open Day.

2. The Participant understands that there are risks associated with engaging in physical activity and hereby assumes all risks of injury, illness, death, or property damage that may arise from participation in the activity.

3. The Participant releases the Moore Park Precinct (venues including Moore Park Golf, Centennial Parklands Sports Centre and The Toll House Health & Wellness) from any liability for any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, damage to person or property, or other consequences suffered by the Participant or any other person arising from the activity.

4. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Moore Park Golf, Centennial Parklands Sports Centre and The Toll House Health & Wellness for any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from the Participant's engagement in the activity.

5. The Participant agrees to assume any financial responsibility for medical costs incurred as a result of any injury sustained during the activity.

6. The Participant acknowledges that this agreement is a waiver of their legal right to collect damages in the event of injury, death, or property damage.

7. The Participant agrees not to make any claims or lawsuits against Moore Park Precinct for any loss or damage resulting from their participation in the activity.

8. The Participant understands and accepts the risks associated with the activity and signs this agreement of their own free will.

9. The Participant agrees to receive marketing communications from Moore Park Golf, Centennial Parklands Sports Centre and The Toll House Health & Wellness as part of this promotion.

10. The Participant agrees to be feature in any content that contracted photographers and videographers capturing at the event for use in future marketing materials by Moore Park Golf, Centennial Parklands Sports Centre and The Toll House Health & Wellness as part of this event.

By getting this ticket, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this agreement and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
