What is line dancing?
Line dancing is a group dance style performed in rows, where everyone follows the same steps to music, no partner needed. It’s danced to all kinds of music, from country and pop to Latin and rock. It’s one of Australia’s most popular dance forms, and research shows it supports balance, coordination, cardiovascular health, and even memory.
