Hay in Bloom at Hay St

This September, Hay St comes into bloom with a month-long celebration of flowers, flavour and springtime energy.

Step into a floral-filled destination transformed by abundant blooms and picture-perfect moments, alongside seasonal dishes, floral-inspired flavours and colourful cocktails.

We’re also celebrating Negroni Month with Campari, with a special line-up of spring-inspired Negronis and spritzes pouring throughout September.

WHAT’S BLOOMING THIS SEPTEMBER

• WEDNESDAYS | SALSA EN LA CALLE

• Salsa takes over Hay St every Wednesday with music, dancing and plenty of midweek Latin energy.

• THURSDAYS | LINE DANCING

• A new Thursday night lands at Hay St. Join us for beginner-friendly line dancing, good tunes and plenty of reasons to hit the dance floor.

• FRIDAYS | R&B FRIDAYS

• From 25 September, Fridays find a new groove with Suite AZ live, bringing R&B favourites and feel-good energy to Hay St.

• SATURDAYS | LATIN NIGHTS – BLOCK PARTY

• From 19 September, Latin Nights move to Saturdays. Expect Latin rhythms, dancing and late-night Block Party energy.

• THURSDAY 24 SEPTEMBER | HOT WINGS CHALLENGE

• Think you can handle the heat? The Hot Wings Challenge brings the spice, competition and serious bragging rights.
