Free guided ride.

Join a guided ride where we explore newly opened cycleways, new art work, laneways, quiet streets, green spaces, and the Alexandra Canal on a loop that highlights two easy and bicycle-friendly options for connecting Tempe to the city. Along the journey, your guides will point out how to connect to Bourke Road, Wilson Street, and the Ashmore Cycleways, as well as to the new Sydney Gateway Shared Path, to help with planning for future journeys into the city or even the airport.

Guided rides are led by friendly ride leaders from Pedal Set Go for the City of Sydney.

You'll need: 

  • Your own roadworthy bike and helmet 

  • Water bottle and snacks

Please arrive at 9:15am for a 9:30am start.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bookings required.

We encourage participants to complete the Cycling in the City course before joining a guided ride. The Cycling in the City course will equip you with the skills you need to ride in Sydney.
