The cult-favourite feel-good drawing club returns to Bondi Festival. Grab a pencil and get cosy in Bondi Pavilion Art Gallery, surrounded by the finalist artworks of the 2026 Waverley Art Prize.

Back at Bondi Festival by popular demand, Gladdy Drawing Club is a safe space for women and the LGBTQIA+ community, committed to making sure everyone can have a wildly fun time and feel comfortable, whoever they are. An incredible environment in which to have a yarn, have a draw and have fun — join us to get your art on.

Meet the Creators:

Hosted by Total Bore and Noni Cragg, Gladdy Drawing Club run regular events at the Lord Gladstone Hotel, with new models weekly. Catering to all levels of experience, the atmosphere of GDC is much more like a drawing club than a formal class. Making Gladdy Drawing Club a safe place for female, queer and non-binary artists is GDC’s number one priority. They create the perfect space to come and draw, share and have fun.
