Georgia in Three Colours is a one-night exploration of Georgian wine presented by Firepop Wine Club and Goodstock Wine
Taste nine wines across three flights — white, amber and red — showcasing different regions, indigenous grape varieties and producers from across Georgia.
Alongside the wines, Firepop will serve a series of Georgian-inspired plates, interpreting flavours such as walnut, pomegranate, khachapuri and khmeli suneli through the restaurant’s charcoal-driven cooking style.
