Wednesday 22 July from 5pm to 11pm
A picturesque region in northwest Italy, Piemonte is home to Barolo and Barbaresco, tajarin, agnolotti and truffles, to name a few. Such wondrous things are perhaps best enjoyed in the cooler months, and with winter having well and truly arrived, Fabbrica Darlo will present a feast with Piemontese classics, and a hit of Western Australia’s finest, headiest black truffles - foraged by four-legged friends in Manjimup.
Executive Chef @balducci_92 has crafted a set menu of antipasti, primi, secondi and dolce, designed to share. You can expect vitello tonnato with pickled onion and capers; tajarin al tartufo - tangles of egg pasta with a buttery sauce, Reggiano and truffle; beef cheek al Barolo with Jerusalem artichoke and fresh truffle; and a decedent and silky Bonet Piemontese with hazelnuts and crème anglaise. This and more!
To drink, Head of Beverage @jamesaegriffin has curated an optional four-glass wine pairing, which can be pre-ordered or chosen on the night, if you fancy.
