David Keogh presents a collection of his watercolours and oil paintings depicting still lifes and figures.
‘These paintings reflect my fascination with the effect light has on objects and figures. I react to subjects through the colours and values of the things I observe. I want to capture what for me is true realism, not via highly detailed work, but through applying a deep understanding of the principles of light, colour and composition.’
