Saturday 25 July from 2pm to 3:30pm
June sold out every week. July sold out weeks in advance. So we decided to give Sydney LGBTQ+ adults and allies one more gift before the month is out.
Dance Therapy is back this Saturday July 25th for a one-off Kylie Xmas in July special at Universal Sydney on Oxford Street Darlinghurst.
Kylie hits. Festive cheer. A Saturday afternoon in winter that your nervous system will thank you for.
What is Dance Therapy?
Dance Therapy is a group dance session in Sydney that uses music and movement to support your emotional, social and physical wellbeing. It works because stress and tension live in the body, not just the mind. Movement gives it somewhere to go.
Beginner-friendly, alcohol-free, no mirrors, no pressure to get it right. Most people come alone. Most people come back connected to community.
What to expect:
Kylie hits and Xmas in July festive energy
Beginner-friendly group dance session
Confidence-building strut
Easy step-by-step routine to iconic Kylie tracks
Time to connect under nightclub lighting
That familiar post-class boost on a Saturday afternoon
Who is this for?
LGBTQ+ adults and allies in Sydney looking for a safe, alcohol-free, judgment-free space to move and connect. No dance experience needed. You will not be the only new person there.
