Join us for 'Dance Therapy', a beginner-friendly dance class for LGBTQ+ people and allies. Dance to your favourite songs in a nightclub space and bring more fun, joy, and connection to your life!
Each week, we learn a new routine aimed at moving your body, connecting with community, and boosting your mood. Dance Therapy runs on Thursdays at 6:30 pm Upstairs at Universal - 85-91 Oxford St, Darlinghurst.
Whether you've danced before or are stepping into a dance class for the first time, 'Dance Therapy' is a warm and inclusive group. We welcome beginners. Our classes start early - allowing you to dance the night away in a nightclub but still get your beauty sleep.
