Dance Therapy is a safe space where you can connect with new people, have a gay old time and enjoy the nightclub vibes. Each week, we learn a new routine aimed at moving your body, connecting with community, and boosting your mood.
Whether you've danced before or are stepping into a dance class for the first time, 'Dance Therapy' is a warm and inclusive group. We welcome beginners. Our classes start early – allowing you to dance the night away in a nightclub but still get your beauty sleep.
