Thursday 24 July from 6pm to 8:30pm
Learn hand-building techniques to make vessels and sculptural forms in this 6-week course for all experience levels.
Over the duration of the course, an expert tutor will guide students through various clay production techniques with a focus on process and experimentation. You’ll be introduced to formative artists that work in ceramics and will gain an understanding of basic principles of working with clay. By the end of the course, you’ll have finished either a large work or a collection of smaller pieces ready for firing.
If you’re a continuing student or have some ceramics experience, you’ll be supported to develop your skills by taking more complex approaches to your work..
