Get ready, Sydney! For one night only, Caretaker’s Cottage is hosting A Night In with Don Julio at Bar Tilda, Sofitel Wentworth, bringing its signature style and energy to your after-work experience. 

Serving world-class cocktails, live music, and an intimate bar atmosphere, the pop-up is set to heat up Sydney’s after-work drinks even as the chill sets in. 

Celebrating the freshly crowned 2025 Diageo World Class Bartender of the Year, the event is an exclusive opportunity to taste the winning cocktail crafted by Australia’s best bartender. 

An incredible team behind the bar will see globally acclaimed cocktail connoisseur, Kaitlyn Stewart, and the iconic crew from Caretaker’s Cottage shaking up world class serves from 5:30pm on Tuesday, 1 July.
