Brahms Requiem at City Recital Hall

When

Tuesday 23 June from 7pm to 8:15pm

A rare and intimate musical experience featuring the full forces of the Opera Australia Orchestra and Chorus.

Following last year’s sold-out, five-star performance of Mozart’s Requiem, the Opera Australia Orchestra and Chorus return to City Recital Hall for another night of heart-rending music and unparalleled artistry.

Brahms’ German Requiem is a monumental work for orchestra, chorus and soloists, written in the grips of the composer’s despair over the loss of his mother. This is music that breathes, embraces and lifts, drawing a path from grief to healing.

Our Mozart Requiem performance at City Recital Hall sold out in a matter of days, so don’t delay in securing your tickets to this very special event.
