A day of fun for creative kids
Tuesday 7 October from 9:30am to 4:15pm
Join us for a full day of creative fun in our spring school holiday art program, designed especially for kids aged 6–11 who love to be creative.
In the morning session, Colourful Collage Animals Portraits (9:30am–12:30pm), young artists will learn the colourful art of collage and simplified drawing. Working from supplied animal images, students create their own sketches as a guide for collaging shape, colour, and tone into a unique animal portrait.
In the afternoon, Tie Dye Creations (1:15pm–4:15pm)- get ready for a colourful adventure! Kids will experiment with vibrant dyes, swirling patterns, and unexpected combinations to create their very own one-of-a-kind tie-dye masterpieces. Expect lots of creativity, laughter, and magical surprises as each design comes to life.
Whether you book just one session or make it a full creative day, these workshops are the perfect opportunity for young artists to experiment, learn new techniques, and have a whole lot of fun along the way!
Students will enjoy supervised morning or afternoon tea breaks, and if booked for the full day, a lunch break as well. Breaks are usually held outside in our beautiful garden, weather permitting.
