Every Monday evening this winter, Potts Point's Dear Sainte Éloise Head Chef Tom Cleland is bringing you a comfort food classic bangers and mash, all house made.
Tom makes the pork sausages in house, and serves them with the most insanely smooth, buttery mash, and a rich onion gravy.
Available every Monday for $35.
Book ahead or walk on in, but be quick, only a limited number of portions per night.
