Feeling overwhelmed by the climate crisis but unsure how to take action? You're not alone. Businesses have immense power to reduce emissions and influence policy. This is where you come in!

WorkforClimate is here to empower everyone to take climate action within their workplaces. We believe sustainability should be integrated into every job description.

This interactive, 2-hour workshop will equip you with the tools and frameworks to become a climate champion at your company.

What you'll gain:

  • A deeper understanding of impactful climate action in the workplace and its significance

  • Simple tools to identify your role in driving change within your company

  • Strategies to map your next steps for creating a more sustainable workplace

  • A chance to connect with other workplace climate advocates

Workshop Agenda:

  • Welcome, land acknowledgement, and introductions (10 minutes)

  • Presentation: Why Your Job May Be Your Most Powerful Climate Tool (20 minutes)

  • Small group discussion and sharing (10 minutes)

  • Activity 1: Landscape Analysis (20 minutes)

  • Activity 2: Identify Your Role and Set Goals (30 minutes)

  • Activity Sheet: Mapping Your Next Steps (15 minutes)

  • Wrap-up and Q&A (5 minutes)
