What Ability Day Sydney

Saturday 1 November from 10am to 12pm

Our What Ability Days are free, disability-inclusive events to meet your local athletes.

The event will welcome over 200 people living with disabilities, along with their families and carers, for a day filled with fun, happiness and community.

Joining the celebration are Major Partners; AAMI, Harvey Norman, Optus, Shaw and Partners and Tyrepower. Sporting clubs from across different codes, including the NSW Waratahs, NRL, Cricket NSW, Sydney Kings, and Sydney Flames, will also be hosting a variety of exciting activations and games throughout the morning. Guests can also enjoy a silent disco station, sideline snacks, colourful face painting and more.
