Sunday 17 November from 10am to 4pm

‘Walk for Life’ remembers and celebrates the lives of our young people who have died suddenly and unexpectedly from a cardiac arrhythmia.

We are a small team of 3, who have lost sons in this way. We know from our own experience, plus research and direct feedback, that bereaved families can gain enormous support from linking in with each other and our prime aim is to provide a space and time to do this in a meaningful way. We wish to offer a big-hearted welcome to all family and friends of people who have died in these circumstances.

We have mapped out a beautiful 5km route to walk through Centennial Park, assembling at One More Shot Pond at 10am on Sunday 17 November. The walk will start from here at 11am. Following the walk, we will come together again in the picnic area for a picnic lunch (BYO lunch and picnic rug/chairs) and more time together.

Alternatively, instead of the walk, you could remain at the assembly point which has been booked for our sole use. For further information and to register for the walk / picnic please go to www.walkforlife.sydney. Queries can also be submitted via the same link.

Any questions, please email us at contact@walkforlife.sydney.
