It’s truffle season, and The Dolphin Hotel is leaning all the way in.
This August, your favourite Crown Street corner is celebrating seasonality with Truffle Month: a four-week ode to one of the world’s most luxurious ingredients, featuring a rotating menu of decadent, limited-run dishes.
Kicking off on Monday 4 August, a new truffle-packed special will land in the kitchen each week, running daily until sold out. Chef Danny Corbett and The Dolphin’s team are taking rich winter favourites and layering them with extra indulgence: think molten layers of Lasagne Bianco, woodfired Carbonara Pizza, sausage-laced Pasta alla Norcina, and a final flourish with Pizza Boscaiola to round out the month.
Whether you're truffle-obsessed or just ready for a little late-winter decadence, these dishes are made to be savoured alongside a glass of wine or a spritz at the bar. Pair your favourite with a snack from the new winter menu, or settle in for a vino (or three) over a long Sunday lunch.
As always, The Dolphin’s full menu of snacks, pizzas and pastas is also available, alongside rotating weekly specials, spritzes, cocktails, and a killer wine list.
