Tia Ray - The Urban/Soul Queen of China is a representative singer in contemporary China.

Tia Ray recorded the theme song Be Apart for the film The Ex-File 3: The Return of the Exes in 2017, setting a historical record for number of plays on Chinese music platforms within a month. It grossed 1.9 billion yuan in sales, becoming the most popular movie song of the time.
