Situated in the heart of Newtown, Sydney's alternative fashion scene, this two day alternative fashion event celebrates creativity, individuality and alternative Japanese fashion culture. We are proud to be hosting this event at the Inner West Pride Centre, a friendly and safe space for LGBTIQA+ people!

Browse through the stalls, clothing and accessories of 25+ local makers and passionate members from the J-Fashion communities across Sydney which have all been curated for this special event, hosted by a team who has been wearing Japanese alternative fashion for more than a decade and is passionate about creating events for niche communities.

The Alternative Japanese Fashion Market will be held across two days, with a kawaii junk journaling session and late night market shopping available on the Saturday evening.

Attendees can also participate in activities included in their ticket, such as making rainbow bracelets and colouring sheets.
