Rockin’ the Puburbs

Rockin' the Puburbs is back in 2025, and they are giving the winner a chance to showcase their talent as a supporting act at a Noisy Group venue gig, secure an interview with British India’s Matty O on his national night show, Triple M Homegrown, as well as $15,000 in cash!
AHA NSW’s illustrious band comp, Rockin’ the Puburbs was open to any NSW-based pub act which performs at least one song of original material.
Five finalists will battle it out at a live Grand Final event to be held at Selina’s, Coogee Bay Hotel in Sydney on Thursday, 28 August 2025 – where the winner will be decided by an industry panel of judges.
In previous years more than 500 hopeful acts from across NSW have entered the competition, with Wicked Things and Rackett taking the honours.
