Join host and curator Nyaluak Leth for a showcase of poets from the African diaspora. This will be a live cultural experience in the spirit of Def Jam Poetry, celebrating Black excellence through performance poetry, music, and art in a space that feels intimate, electric, and deeply communal.

Not only is it a Poetry Month event – it’s also the rebirth of Poetiq Honesty, a platform Nyaluak began in 2020 to amplify raw, unfiltered spoken word in Sydney and beyond.

Performers include Cocoa the ConsciousAtoc & Amour MalouTatenda, and Ifeoma Peace Obiegbu.

Note: all proceeds from this event after event costs will go to the charity No Taps.
