Wednesday 13 May from 6:30pm to 9pm
Have you always wanted to learn Thai but weren’t sure where to begin? This 8-week Thai: Beginners Level 1 course offers a practical and supportive introduction to the Thai language — no prior experience required.
Thai is a tonal language, and this course places a strong emphasis on pronunciation from the very beginning. With guidance from an experienced tutor, you’ll learn to recognise and use the five tones of conversational Thai, helping you communicate clearly and confidently in everyday situations.
Through interactive and highly practical classes, you’ll focus on speaking and listening while building a foundation in Thai script, grammar, and sentence structure. You’ll learn language you can use straight away — from greetings and introductions to ordering food, shopping, and asking for directions — while gaining insight into Thai etiquette and cultural norms.
