This year, NASCA is proud to celebrate 30 years of walking alongside our communities. We’re marking the occasion with a Traditional Indigenous Games Tournament, cultural performances and community stalls. A special event that celebrates our Culture, strengthens community connections and raises much-needed funds to keep our work going strong.

What’s happening on the day?

  • Welcome to Country & Smoking Ceremony

  • Traditional Indigenous Games: cheer on teams as they play Buroinjin and Munhanganing – traditional Indigenous games that connect us to Country and Culture

  • Cultural performances from local Indigenous artists and NASCA students

  • Grand Final & Awards: celebrate as the top teams battle for the championship title.

Here's why you won’t want to miss it:

  • Celebrate Our Culture: immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with traditional games, captivating storytelling, vibrant music, and inspiring dance

  • Strengthen Community Connections: connect and yarn with local organisations, businesses, and community groups

  • Fun for Everyone: bring the whole family for a fantastic day filled with delicious food, unique cultural stalls, and engaging performances.

We can’t wait to see you there!
